Went in looking for a reliable car for my wife and kids, was immediately grated st the door with a smile and a sincere welcoming. I explained to the salesman what I was looking for and my concerns about safety and reliability. The salesman Robert(highly recommend him) listened to everything I was looking for, he showed me several options and even moved numbers around to fit my budget. It was towards closing time but the guys stayed until the deal was done which was almost 2 hrs after their closing time. Everyone was very kind respectful and didn't hesitate to answer all my questions and concerns, every after closing time. I would also like to mention this was during the snow storm we had on 1/29/26. So upon purchasing the vehicle I asked about bringing my wife the next day to pick it up and the salesman went out of his way and immediately said he would follow me home, which he did and loved the surprise on my wife's face when I showed her, her new car.

I arrived and was greeted by the service manager. He was friendly and courteous. He apologized and said that they were a little behind. I completely understood because the roads were horrible. But once once I got in, the service was quick. I will continue to support this Ford dealer.

The Graff Kia service staff are friendly and efficient. They respond quickly to questions and concerns regarding repairs , maintenance and pricing. Costs are not as high as some dealerships and service is completed in a timely manner.

Graff Kia service and sales department employees was the most polite, well knowledgeable. The service department was the fastest and most knowledgeable I have ever seen is my 48 years. They had ordered, received, taken out and put in a new engine in my son's car in less the 2 days. As of this point everything is running great with my son's car. Thank you everyone at Graff Kia for the best experience i have ever had with getting repairs taken care of.

We just purchased a new 2026 Ram 2500 Big Horn truck and had an awesome experience! It started with Kaden, our salesperson. He helped us get to know the truck we had seen online and made sure it was the right truck for our needs. We never felt pressured or that he did not have our best interests in mind. We were very valued as a customer. We continue to have the same positive experience with everyone we dealt with at this dealership. This has been by far the best dealership I have dealt with in a very long time! We bought the truck that we wanted at a fair price without any pressure!

Everybody was absolutely amazing but i specifically worked with Ron and we will definitely go through him again! Seth was great at doing all the final paperwork and explaining absolutely everything to me on what I was signing and tons of different options for warranties. 10/10 experience! They actually made it fun car shopping, not stressful!

Top notch customer service, buying process went smooth and fast. Couldn't be happier! Go see these guys if you are ever looking to buy, they are not like the others and I will continue to give them my business and recommend as well! My biggest pet peeve with car dealerships is how they assume your financial status by looking at you and treat you accordingly. This is the third truck we were interested in and the only one to actually take the time to even talk to my husband. If your in the market go see these guys, you will be glad you did! Car shopping can be nerve wracking and stressful but I had an excellent buying experience at Graff that was comfortable and stress free. Working with Kevin made the deal super easy.It was very casual and I didn’t feel pressured at all. He and his manager Seth made it a smooth process. I took my 2025 Buick Enclave to Graff for its oil change, filter and tire rotation. This the 2nd oil change since we got the car, both at Graff because it is GM and location. When the oil change was being performed, the Adviser (Shawn) told me the Technician (Austin) seen that oil was leaking from somewhere on the engine. A slow leak that never left any oil on our garage floor. The Technician did a great job of finding this leak. The adviser told me they needed some parts and would not be finished today and offered me a loaner. I told him the loaner will be great and that I need the car before the weekend because I will be going on vacation. Later the next day we spoke and he said the car was finished the leak was a plug in the block that was loose and had to remove the alternator to fix the problem. They took care of a problem I didn't even knew I had. (they showed me the oil on the engine and hoses) Provided me with a clean, nice loaner. They had my car finished in time for my vacation, They kept me informed of the progress. I could not of had a better experience. Thank You Graff Chevrolet, Shawn and Austin.

I purchased a vehicle here A couple of weeks ago. They have a nice waiting area with a snack and a drink if you like. A very clean restroom to use. Everyone was very professional as well as welcoming making us feel very comfortable. The quality of the vehicle I purchased had only one previous owner with low mileage as well. I am very satisfied. They were even kind to work with me and came down on the price, not to mention how thankful I am for the excellent customer service I received. Everyone there was very kind, especially the dealer Brandon H. that helped me with my purchase. They took care of everything that I needed. As a father living 2 hours away from my daughters, whom both attend CMU, there is always the worry of something going sideways and you're not around to take care of them. Well, getting a call that one daughter is stranded at Sam's Club with a car that won't move is one of those times. After phone diagnosing the issue knowing it had to go to professionals I set up a tow for her and called a local Buick dealership. Graff Buick GMC. I was happy they picked up the phone and even happier that Matt Newport, a service advisor, took my call. I explained the issue and told him the car and my daughter were on the way to see him. Matt was very professional, personal and understanding. He told me he would take care of everything and was very clear with me about expectations I got off the phone feeling good about it. Next day he called and said they got it in quick, it was just a sensor and with my ok they could have it done in a couple hours. Well, sure enough, a couple hours later he called that it was done. I paid over the phone and my daughter is going to pick it up after she gets out of class. I truly appreciated Matt, he took care of something I couldn't because I'm so far away. I highly recommend Graff if you need service and if you get Matt as your advisor, you'll be in good hands.
