Our 2020 Equinox’s info screen stopped working. Hank Graff Chevrolet was able to diagnose the problem that day, ordered the part and scheduled us an appointment when it arrived. They installed a new one and did an oil change for us. Thankfully we had extra coverage so cost was minimal. Their communication was excellent!

Edit for additional services: I had a warranty claim for one of the vehicle protections that required body work. The Body Shop had my vehicle in and out within 2 days and it looks perfect. Very happy with the results and their customer service!I came in at the last minute to get an oil change and tire rotation and have my low tire looked at as well. Tire needed to be replaced and they took care of it the same day.

The only problem that I had was I know for a fact I didn’t drop my vehicle off with a low tank of gas and when I picked it up yesterday the 19th My gas tank was almost completely empty and I had to spend 100 bucks to fill up my tank after I know they test drive my vehicle more than once

Scheduled an oil change. Waited two hour only to find they were preparing quotes for services and repairs I did not request. The next day I attempted 4 times to contact service department to review quotes. All attempts failed to make contact with service writer Treveena. Phone just hangs up. As I sat in the waiting room for two hours. I read the Graff vision of honesty and transparency. Not sure if anyone in service department is aware of this vision.

Update after purchase: The buying process itself was mostly positive, and Robert in finance was helpful. However, shortly after buying the truck and driving it 800 miles home, a tire shop found a sheared rear axle/hub bolt tied to an active Ford safety recall. The truck had to be towed to a Ford dealer for repair.I had asked about open recalls before purchase and wish this had been checked more seriously before I drove the vehicle roughly 800 miles home. I understand recalls can happen, especially on used vehicles, but this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience right after purchasing a $50k truck (that I now won't be able to drive for up to 3-4 months after only getting to drive it for 3 days).I’m waiting to see how Graff responds and whether they help with documentation/support. I’ll update this review depending on how they handle the situation from here.___________________________First I want to thank the guys that helped me get my truck purchased - John/Robert/Tresten, you guys were great throughout the whole process and I really appreciate your help.I started looking for a new truck about 2 weeks ago. After deciding my ‘22 Maverick would no longer meet my needs, I thought I’d get a bigger truck. The hybrid stood out to me because it offers the 7.2kW generator. I went to cargurus and started looking for the f150 hybrid. As I got more into it, I started to narrow it down to other things I’d like in a truck. FX4. Moonroof. Lariat. I started sending messages to every dealer that had those specs. One by one I started to get callbacks. Graff was one of the dealerships that connected with me. After a few days I gave up on this dealer and started to consider other trucks at other dealers. I have been in need of a new vehicle for a couple months since I changed jobs and had been renting. I had decided that I wanted a preferably new Grand Highlander Platinum as it suits my needs for cargo space, fuel economy, features, comfort and price.I have never visited a Graff property but told my fiancee that I wanted to visit their Toyota dealership out as I pass it quite often going to and from work for the last several years as I figured the size of their lot would give me the best chance. As I pulled in, I saw a brand new one in the trim I wanted that just hit the lot that morning. Wesley greeted us and I kept my cards to myself. He was very kind and immediately got us in for a test drive as I did reveal I was interested in a vehicle in the same class as the highlander. After the drive, I decided maybe we should sit down and have a further discussion and see what this guy is all about and what the numbers might look like. I was happy with what I saw.What no one else knew besides us is my fiancee was in desperate need to trade in her late model Equinox that was reaching its end-of-life and she needed to replace that asap. There just happened to be a brand new Tundra that she fell in love with that was on the lot, so she test drove that and realized that this was the vehicle she wanted. Started talking more and since we were really hoping to buy 2 vehicles but were pessimistic that we would get lucky enough to find any for either of us. They were able to get her out of an upside down bad situation loan with a lower rate, keep the payments very reasonable and make some excellent deals with us to facilitate this transaction.Wesley, Tristen, the managers involved made my first new car purchase experience honest, easy, and were great negotiating partners.Thank you again!

We had an amazing experience in getting into a new lease. We We’re looking to move into a larger vehicle and were just what we thought In the early stages of looking since we had five months left on our lease. Wyatt was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy in any way. They happened to have a vehicle in the inventory that was exactly what we were looking for. They offered to have us move forward on our prior lease in order to get into this new lease at no charge. We were able to do the vast majority of the work ahead of time, led by Wyatt so that when it came time to turn in our old lease and get into the new vehicle, our whole experience was just over an hour which was less than half of what we were used to spending at a dealership when getting into prior leases. Cannot speak highly enough about Wyatt and everyone that we interacted with at Graff. We look forward to giving them our business moving forward.

Went in looking for a reliable car for my wife and kids, was immediately grated st the door with a smile and a sincere welcoming. I explained to the salesman what I was looking for and my concerns about safety and reliability. The salesman Robert(highly recommend him) listened to everything I was looking for, he showed me several options and even moved numbers around to fit my budget. It was towards closing time but the guys stayed until the deal was done which was almost 2 hrs after their closing time. Everyone was very kind respectful and didn't hesitate to answer all my questions and concerns, every after closing time. I would also like to mention this was during the snow storm we had on 1/29/26. So upon purchasing the vehicle I asked about bringing my wife the next day to pick it up and the salesman went out of his way and immediately said he would follow me home, which he did and loved the surprise on my wife's face when I showed her, her new car.

The Graff Kia service staff are friendly and efficient. They respond quickly to questions and concerns regarding repairs , maintenance and pricing. Costs are not as high as some dealerships and service is completed in a timely manner.

Graff Kia service and sales department employees was the most polite, well knowledgeable. The service department was the fastest and most knowledgeable I have ever seen is my 48 years. They had ordered, received, taken out and put in a new engine in my son's car in less the 2 days. As of this point everything is running great with my son's car. We just purchased a new 2026 Ram 2500 Big Horn truck and had an awesome experience! It started with Kaden, our salesperson. He helped us get to know the truck we had seen online and made sure it was the right truck for our needs. We never felt pressured or that he did not have our best interests in mind. We were very valued as a customer. We continue to have the same positive experience with everyone we dealt with at this dealership. This has been by far the best dealership I have dealt with in a very long time! We bought the truck that we wanted at a fair price without any pressure!

Great experience. But I was an easy sell

We were in from out of town and needed repairs. I dealt with Shane was AWESOME. Got our car back in a day. Felt like a new car. Extremely IMPRESSIVE service dept. 100% recomondation.

I took my 2025 Buick Enclave to Graff for its oil change, filter and tire rotation. This the 2nd oil change since we got the car, both at Graff because it is GM and location. When the oil change was being performed, the Adviser (Shawn) told me the Technician (Austin) seen that oil was leaking from somewhere on the engine. A slow leak that never left any oil on our garage floor. The Technician did a great job of finding this leak. The adviser told me they needed some parts and would not be finished today and offered me a loaner. I told him the loaner will be great and that I need the car before the weekend because I will be going on vacation. Later the next day we spoke and he said the car was finished the leak was a plug in the block that was loose and had to remove the alternator to fix the problem. They took care of a problem I didn't even knew I had. (they showed me the oil on the engine and hoses) Provided me with a clean, nice loaner. They had my car finished in time for my vacation, They kept me informed of the progress. I could not of had a better experience. Thank You Graff Chevrolet, Shawn and Austin.

Excellent customer service!

I purchased a vehicle here A couple of weeks ago. They have a nice waiting area with a snack and a drink if you like. A very clean restroom to use. Everyone was very professional as well as welcoming making us feel very comfortable. The quality of the vehicle I purchased had only one previous owner with low mileage as well. I am very satisfied. They were even kind to work with me and came down on the price, not to mention how thankful I am for the excellent customer service I received. Everyone there was very kind, especially the dealer Brandon H. that helped me with my purchase. They took care of everything that I needed. As a father living 2 hours away from my daughters, whom both attend CMU, there is always the worry of something going sideways and you're not around to take care of them. Well, getting a call that one daughter is stranded at Sam's Club with a car that won't move is one of those times. After phone diagnosing the issue knowing it had to go to professionals I set up a tow for her and called a local Buick dealership. Graff Buick GMC. I was happy they picked up the phone and even happier that Matt Newport, a service advisor, took my call. I explained the issue and told him the car and my daughter were on the way to see him. Matt was very professional, personal and understanding. He told me he would take care of everything and was very clear with me about expectations I got off the phone feeling good about it. Next day he called and said they got it in quick, it was just a sensor and with my ok they could have it done in a couple hours. Well, sure enough, a couple hours later he called that it was done. I paid over the phone and my daughter is going to pick it up after she gets out of class. I truly appreciated Matt, he took care of something I couldn't because I'm so far away. I highly recommend Graff if you need service and if you get Matt as your advisor, you'll be in good hands.
